Immediate Medical Order Processing role and become an integral part of our dynamic company. In this role, you'll manage patient-related paperwork for our sales team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance rules. You'll play a crucial role in entering patient data, verifying paperwork, and confirming DME coverage. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team by handling incoming faxes and referrals with precision.


• Accurately enter new patient details into our database, ensuring data integrity.


• Contact clinics promptly to complete any missing referral information.


• Efficiently process paperwork, adhering to HIPAA and payer compliance requirements.


• Perform additional duties, including database maintenance, to support overall team operations.


• Work with the Reimbursement Benefit team to verify patient DME coverage through payer portals and direct communication with payers.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook preferred


• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of data entry experience, or an Associate degree.


• Ability to quickly adjust to changing protocols and procedures.


• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow directions accurately.


• Organizational Skills: Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Focus and Accuracy: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy while focusing on tasks for extended periods.


• Collaboration: Strong collaborative style, fostering effective teamwork both internally and externally.


• Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Technical Proficiency: Strong data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook preferred.
