Leasing Agent - Property Management




$21-23 per hr. (Commissions! $$$)

About the Role: Join a growing property management company in SW Portland as a Leasing Agent. You'll market and lease apartments, manage resident relations, and ensure the office, lobby, and clubhouse are organized.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments: conduct tours, screen applications, and manage move-ins/outs.


• Handle online advertising and assist with marketing campaigns.


• Administer work orders and turnovers.


• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Additional Duties:

• Meet leasing quotas and resolve resident issues.


• Comply with Fair Housing and Oregon Landlord-Tenant laws.


• Manage your time efficiently and stay updated on market conditions.


• Assist in organizing resident events and maintain the filing system.


• Securely handle and keep confidential applicant information.
