Distribution Administrator - SRC



This position is primarily responsible for:

• Accurately tracking and recording incoming and/or out-going shipments.


• Preparing documentation as required.


• Communicating with guards on incoming tractors/trailers.


• Ensuring trailers are in doors in timely manner.


• Coordinating trailer moves with yard jockey.


• Maintaining and verifying the yard map.


• Ensuring yard checks are completed at appropriate times.


• Data entry for Blue Yonder system.


• Answering phone calls and attending to the driver window.


• Training other team members in SRC position.


• Responding to pertinent emails.


• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Shift B: Sunday - Tuesday (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) & Wednesday (7:00 PM - 1:00 AM).



REQUIREMENTS:


Education: High School diploma or equivalent.


Experience: Minimum of 1-year related experience in transportation/trucking/distribution industry preferred.


Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.


Communication Skills: Excellent and verbal communication skills.


Travel: None


Supervisory Responsibilities: None
