Job Details:



This position is responsible for maintaining product flow and relieving team members on line for breaks and filling in during labor shortages while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


Tasks:


Sign out parts, fill out, count sheets out, and assure that parts count matches the count sheet and document differences, responsible for cleaning and organizing the parts department, and boxing up eliminated parts.


Able to work with Plant View/SAP/EIM. Other duties as assigned.


Duties:


Must be able to communicate clearly via phone, in person, and in writing. Must be able to perform tasks while standing and walking for duration of shift (12 hours a day). Good record-keeping skills. Must be detail oriented. Must be a well-organized person. Basic math skills. Knowledge of mechanical tools is helpful. Able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be able and willing to climb ladders. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Must be able to perform the essential job functions.



Rehire Consideration:

• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.


• 180 days (6 months) waiting period.
