Overview

EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our sales department.

The Enterprise Sales Rep will have a record of accomplishment in successfully selling enterprise technology. The right candidate for this role will quickly cultivate expertise in EagleView’s Property Data products and bring those products to new and existing markets (Solar, Construction, Utilities, Insurance, etc.). As an enterprise seller, the rep will be responsible for qualifying prospects, educating decision-makers, understanding their pain-points and workflows, and ultimately promoting revenue growth. In this role, you will effectively build and oversee a robust pipeline of new and growth business. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to identify objections, understand competition in the market, and actively remove obstacles to achieve sales targets. There is no need to have experience in the aforementioned markets, but that would be an advantage. There is a preference for sellers with experience bringing technology to new markets and collaborating closely with product teams to validate product market fit.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quota through revenue growth targets, with individual sales quotas being assigned annually to each workforce member.
  • Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to assure sales targets are met.
  • Achieve account growth and expansion targets through enterprise selling techniques.
  • Evolve, execute, and coordinate Enterprise Assist strategies.
  • Coordinate with Product and Customer Success departments to facilitate customer testing and/or pilots to demonstrate fit, function, and value.
  • Source and evolve potential client relations and actively oversee existing client base.
  • Identify accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulate strategies for retention and growth.
  • Actively evolve relations with key contacts and users.
  • Full understanding of EagleView’s core products as well as all ancillary products; whereby the focus will be primarily on integrations into existing workflows and software applications within our Construction and Utilities business.   
  • Identify and evolve opportunities for increased revenue and volume.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success departments to facilitate customer feedback on product improvements.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Identify business trends and forecast demand.
  • Participate in industry associations and maintain broad industry presence and contact to assure elevated levels of client satisfaction and brand awareness. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in a related field.

PREFERRED

  • 5+ years’ experience with enterprise sales.
  • Robust documented history of success and top performance.
  • Experience closing multi-million-dollar accounts preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to see the ‘big picture’ and work in a strategic manner.
  • Highly motivated with exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Robust positive technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% for trade shows and to visit enterprise clients.

This is a remote, full-time position with a base salary range of $67-$100K, and a commission target of $60-90K.
