Our dynamic team at 3E is making a significant difference in safety and sustainability by streamlining global supplier relationships and aiding companies in analyzing their products for safety and environmental impact.
As a market leader, we collaborate with prominent global companies to digitize their supply chains and product stewardship workflows (e.g., Google, Dow, Costco).
We are seeking a Software Engineer to work on our web applications and platforms, adding significant new functionalities. In this role, you'll gain expertise in scaling cloud services, handling vast and complex data sets, applying AI services, and designing user-friendly experiences.

What You'll Do
- Responsible for designing, building, and testing additions to 3E web apps and platform services
- Use AI-based tools to devise & implement solutions
- Full-stack end-to-end implementation of features
- Build automated tests that integrate into CICD pipelines
- Work in Scrum Team to coordinate & build work in Sprints, and coordinate on multi-team projects
- Participate in Code Reviews

What Makes You A Great Fit
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with some strongly typed language like C# or Java and web services like ASP.NET (we're a .NET shop)
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals: understanding of common algorithms, data structures, and common web and cloud design patterns
- 1-5 years of experience developing web applications using web frameworks like React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc. (we're a React shop)
- Understanding of modern AI-based tools that accelerate engineering work
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript
- Understanding of designing, building, and testing features
- Experience with applications deployed in cloud infrastructure providers like AWS or Azure (we're an Azure shop)
- Optional but preferred: Understanding of working with databases or other Cloud storage backends
