Integrity Staffing Services is an independently owned and operated staffing and recruiting company headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA, with multiple locations throughout Virginia to best serve a broad base of clientele.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our dynamic and highly motivated team! The role requires you to be personable, upbeat, and flexible. You will be required to answer calls and greet walk-in traffic throughout the day, so you must have great interpersonal communication skills and experience navigating an office setting.
This position will be 100% in office, and the candidate will need to be local to the Newport News, VA area.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct applicants to office kiosk's for registrations in accordance with established office procedures
Answer incoming calls and screen calls according to our Operating Procedures
Deliver phone messages to office staff
Review registrations, identify appropriate candidates for Orientation, and initiate Orientation invitations and schedule
Conduct Orientations, including scheduling, drug testing, and processing of all associated paperwork
Assist operations team with recruiting, screening, badges, random drug testing, start sheets, etc.
Monitor and order office materials as needed.
Coordinate sending and following up on registrations with Recruiters and Account Managers
Maintain all binders and e-files on employee files on temporary personnel
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of office reception and lobby area
Various administrative duties as required
