Job Description
We are seeking 3 Document Retrieval Specialist to join the DR team at a large healthcare client. This person will be responsible for handling medical records through 8 different document methods. This person will experience a high volume of records and is 90% placing outbound calls and will require an excellent phone presence. Ideal candidate will be local to Morristown, NJ where they will be fully on-site for the first month, hybrid for the next two months, and eventually sit fully remote after 3 months
