Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Concrete, Grating, and Asphalt Estimator to join our team. This role will primarily be office-based, with occasional travel to meet clients and assess project sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete, grating, and asphalt projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates are accurate and comprehensive. Visit project sites to gather information and assess conditions as needed. Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software. Prepare and present bid proposals to clients. Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years experience with concrete, grating, or paving estimation
Experience handling multiple projects at a time
Excellent verbal and written communication with clients
Commercial construction experience

Local to the greater Santee, CA area
On the road and field experience
Business Development experience (not required)
Compensation:
This position is paying between $90,000-$100,000 based on candidates years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
