Are you a detail-oriented professional with proven results in project coordination? We are looking for a talented Project Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis. This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work onsite 3 days a week while enjoying flexibility.
Location: Broomfield, CO
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 month contract
Compensation: $70/hr
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and updating project files. Provide crucial support in communication and training activities.
Organize and update project documentation in Monday.com to ensure it is accurate and easily accessible.
Collaborate with Project Managers to gather and analyze project scope, schedule, cost, and resource data to drive project success.
Create comprehensive status reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making and enhance communication.
Ensure critical project milestones are completed on time by working closely with project teams and aligning milestones with project goals.
Clearly communicate project requirements, expectations, and progress updates to all relevant stakeholders.

Proven experience in project support or coordination roles.
Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
