Experience of the right candidate:
Experience with Jira Align for project status, Tempo Timesheet, Confluence, and knowledge of Atlassian Suite.
Experience with project financials.
Experience with project management, budget, and finance forecasting.
Project financial experience.
Experience helping the PM team with forecasting and internal reporting.
Experience reporting financials in whatever tool and knows of Atalssian Suite.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Budget Planning and Allocation - Develop and allocate Overspend / Underspend for Teams/OKRs as enabled by the Jira and Tempo tracking tools.
Strategic Budget Support - Support cross-cutting budgeting conversations with actionable insights and information based on the information in Jira, Jira Align and other data sources.
Expense Tracking - Utilize Tempo Timesheet in JIRA to monitor and record all project-related expenses accurately.
Financial Reporting - Generate detailed financial reports using data from Tempo to assess spending patterns and budget utilization.
Cost Analysis - Conduct regular cost analysis to identify financial discrepancies and areas where efficiency can be improved.
Forecasting - Predict future financial needs based on historical spending data and project timelines.
Stakeholder Communication - Communicate budget statuses and financial insights effectively with project stakeholders.
Compliance and Auditing - Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations, and prepare for internal and external audits.
Tool Optimization - Maximize the functionalities of Jira and Tempo Timesheet to enhance financial management and tracking.
