What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the go-to person for supporting the execution of heavy highway and civil projects. From pre-construction planning to cost control and scheduling, you'll be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly. Here's a snapshot of what you'll handle:
  • Assist in managing teams and subcontractors.
  • Provide support in cost control, scheduling, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Conduct risk analysis, maintain safety standards, and oversee project execution.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in self-perform environments-mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and structures.
  • DOT Construction Management experience is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with CPM scheduling in Primavera P6? Even better.
