Plant Director

This is a large complex food and beverage manufacturing plant with over 500 employees. You will have 6 direct reports and 4 on a dotted line.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS degree
• Minimum of 10 years leadership in food or beverage manufacturing
• Previous experience at the Plant Manager level in a plant of 300+ associates
• People first servant leadership style
• History of getting results utilizing KPI's
• Exposure to Lean, TPM or similar CI Programs
