Role Description
We are looking for a Climatech Investor/Advisor to assist in fundraising, investing and nationwide expansion. In this role, you'll be responsible for intro'ing investors, channel partners, and growth partnerships to the founder that fuel the rapid expansion of GSG's climate technology initiatives. You'll be tasked with connecting GSG to high-profile investors and funds that are committed to driving change in the real estate and sustainability sectors. If you have experience raising significant capital and a passion for combating the climate crisis, this is the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising: Lead efforts to raise significant funds for GSG's real estate efficiency projects.
Investor Relations: Utilize your established network to bring in top-tier investors, funds, and financial partners.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with climate-tech rainmakers and financial leaders who share our passion for sustainability.
National Scaling: Identify and secure the financial resources needed to scale GSG's proven model across the U.S.
Financial Leadership: Oversee investment structuring and due diligence to ensure that funds are allocated efficiently and transparently.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience raising significant capital for large-scale climate-tech or sustainability projects
A strong network of investors, funds, and financial institutions in the real estate and climate tech space
Expertise in investment structuring, financial modeling, and risk assessment
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to addressing the climate crisis through real-world solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working with high-level investors
Knowledge of real estate efficiency programs, green grants, and sustainability projects
Interest to invest 50-100k or ability to bring in 50-100k in investments with in 30-60 days.
