Core HR Delivery Lead - UKG transformation project
Contract, 18+ months
Hourly: $75-110/hr DOE
Position Summary:
Our Pioneer Square/Seattle based client is looking for an exceptional Core HR Delivery Lead for a long term contract opportunity. The Core HR Lead will be responsible for driving HR strategy across Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll, ensuring seamless integration with a new cloud-based HR system. This strategic role requires balancing planning and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Core HR workstream, providing strategic and operational guidance across Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
Collaborate with Process Owners to design and implement efficient HR processes and workstreams, including IT and Change Management.
Drive HR strategy execution, aligning with business objectives.
Act as the primary accountability point for HR service delivery and integration.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating HR-related risks.
Monitor and report on workstream progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Champion HR best practices and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven HR management experience with a focus on Core HR functions.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder interaction.
Experience in designing and implementing HR processes and systems.
Strategic thinker with alignment of HR operations to business goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading medium to large projects.
Preferred: Knowledge of PeopleSoft and its integration with cloud-based solutions, specifically UKG Pro.
