Accounts Payable Coordinator at The Judge Group in Deerfield, Illinois

Job Description:

This role is hybrid to Riverwoods, Illinois and 6+ month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
• Provides information and assists with resolving business unit and Supplier inquiries.
• Identifying customer needs.
• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Continually seeks and explores new ideas for improving his/her job functions and responsibilities; communicates ideas to appropriate individuals for review and consideration.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.

2+ years of customer service experience.

5+ years in Procure to Pay environment

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel

effective communicator (both written and verbal)

Microsoft Outlook
