Mid-size practice is seeking a Sr. Counsel (Corporate, M&A, Securities) for a growing legal practice. This role is targeted for Austin but will consider candidates in other major Texas cities.
What You Are Responsible For:
This role will play a key part in their established Corporate Transactional practice.
The role routinely handle a variety of complex matters: mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, recapitalizations, finance, entity structuring and formation, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and private offerings of securities.
What you Bring:
Candidates with 6+ years of related experience
Must be eligible to practice in State of Texas immediately
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
