The Work Schedule is: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

In office or Hybrid work schedules avail ( Candidates working hybrid will be asked to report to the office 4 days a week and 1 day is work from home.
Office location is: 1000 Yard St. Grandview Heights, OH 43212.
What you would be doing:
1. Process returned mail. Research and update addresses for mailings that did not find their way to their destination.
2. Make Beneficiary updates
3. Make Name and address updates
4. Applying payments into annuities, Like for example IRA contributions
5. Other administrative duties that come up-general service requests
6. If incorrect or incomplete information is received. This team has to send out a letter to the client asking for corrections, via mail or email.
As an ideal candidate you will have: • Ability to prioritize own work within standards. • Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management. • Decision making skills necessary for customer contacts. • Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate action. • Decision making skills necessary for problem identification and correction.
For consideration you must have: • One to two years' work experience. Work experience with undergraduate studies preferred. • An engaging, passionate and driven personality. • An ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related business software. • Excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with customers. • We are looking for people with a Team attitude and willingness to learn a multitude of functions.
