As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be involved in:
Research, design, development, building, testing, and inspecting a range of products such as hydraulic systems, parts, and engines geared toward Automotive, specialty vehicles and RV industries.
Design, develop, and document new products from concept, through engineering release, to production and maintenance reviews.
Creating mechanical designs for new products.
Developing testing processes and performing testing and validation of new designs.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. Job Requirements
Looking for a flexible, multi-talented design engineer capable of working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment out on the factory floor.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
10 or more years of experience.
Previous work experience in the Automotive, RV, or Semi-trailer industry preferred.
CAD skills a plus.
BOM experience a plus.
Hands-on mechanical experience a plus.
Ability to interact with vendors and customers.
Ability to work multiple projects at a time.
Must be able to work both as a team member and independently, be self-motivated, dependable, and possess excellent communication skills.
