President - Middle Market B2B Distribution & Services - Private Equity
Our client is a highly successful middle market B2B distribution and services business with multi-state operations serving institutional and commercial customers across the Southern US. This innovative business offers advanced solutions including a technology enhanced backbone and has achieved tremendous organic and acquisitive growth with the support of their private equity sponsor.
We are seeking a transformative and visionary leader who will partner strategically with the CEO to evaluate the business in order to drive efficiencies, profitability and standardizing process as they build a best-in-class organization. This position will oversee investor and vender relations and will support continued tactical growth initiatives while supporting the business as they diversify their product and service portfolio to compete with large, national competitors.
The ideal candidate will be able to offer a fresh perspective from outside markets and have previous private equity experience with the ability to lead the room with an active seat at the board table.
An attractive compensation package including equity is offered along with a rapid direct line opportunity in succession planning to the Chief Executive Officer position.
