As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as Director, Field Marketing Strategy and Enablement.

The Director, Field Marketing Strategy and Enablement, is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth across field and regional markets. This role will work closely with field teams, marketing, and commercial COEs to ensure alignment of marketing efforts, provide tools and resources to empower field teams, and improve the overall customer experience at local levels. The Director will play a key role in enabling sales through marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies that align with corporate goals and regional needs, ensuring a consistent brand presence across markets.
  • Field Enablement: Create, implement, and manage marketing enablement programs that provide field teams with the resources, tools, and training necessary to execute localized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration with Field Teams: Partner closely with field leadership to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, driving lead generation and conversion at the local level.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and regional performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing tactics.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Coordinate and design and execution of localized marketing campaigns that resonate with regional audiences while maintaining corporate brand standards.
  • Practice and Field Support: Serve as a key liaison between marketing and field/practice teams, ensuring the timely delivery of marketing materials and programs that support local business objectives.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, measure, and report on the success of field marketing programs, utilizing data and feedback to optimize strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for field marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions that maximize ROI and align with broader corporate marketing objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy and consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, marketing strategy, or sales enablement, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics, with experience working across multiple geographic markets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret market trends, customer data, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in the development and execution of marketing enablement programs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve high performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Entrepreneurial and nimble, takes ownership and drives forward amidst ambiguity while also building relationships and alignment
  • Desire to be part of a growth-oriented team and culture
  • Well organized with deep experience driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in franchise or multi-location business models is highly desirable.
  • Experience in B2C marketing and/or retail industries.

Salary: $150,000 - $205,000+ bonus opportunity.
