Target Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00/hour (W2, with full employee benefits)
Job Summary:
The Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) Drafter will provide design support using AutoCAD and Revit for project support, bid packages, and drawing control for pharmaceutical manufacturing facility design projects.
Job Duties:
Meet with project teams and outside engineering firms to gather requirements.
Work with engineers to produce CAD drawings for facility piping, HVAC, electrical distribution, and related MEP systems.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit tools to create designs, bid packages, construction, and as-built drawing documentation.
Receive, review, and adjust as-built AutoCAD or Revit designs, as needed.
Check design data into the drawing management system.
Create or modify drawings to support validation systems.
Work with different teams on projects that vary in size and scope.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of relevant design/drafting experience in an engineering or construction environment.
Proficient in CAD modeling using either AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Familiar with facility process piping is preferred (e.g., water, plumbing, drainage, gas, valves, etc.).
Experience in developing process flow diagrams and one-line drawing updates for MEP systems.
