Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of complex products, drive user experience and interface design improvements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. You should demonstrate deep industry experience, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Lead and manage the design process for complex products from concept to final delivery, ensuring designs meet business needs and user expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to drive design decisions and product enhancements.
UX Strategy: Develop and execute user experience (UX) strategies through user research, user testing, and data analysis to optimize product design.
Balance Aesthetics and Functionality: Ensure that designs strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality while aligning with brand and user experience requirements.
Innovative Solutions: Propose innovative design solutions to address resource constraints or tight deadlines.
Team Guidance: Mentor and train other designers on the team to elevate overall design standards and collaboration efficiency.
Position Requirements: 1. Industry Experience:
5 or more years of relevant industry experience, particularly in SaaS products, restaurant software, or similar fields.
Demonstrated significant project achievements or successful leadership of key product design projects.
Ability to show continuous growth and deep involvement in diverse projects.
Design philosophies and processes should evolve with industry trends and technological advancements, contributing to business value.
2. Design Skills and Portfolio:
Extensive design experience and diverse project backgrounds, especially in complex product design projects.
Portfolio should showcase the complete design process from concept to implementation, with strong emphasis on user experience, interface design, and brand consistency.
Ability to solve user needs through effective design, create exceptional and efficient user interfaces, and work effectively with development teams.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Balance design feedback and product requirements, with experience in leading or mentoring other designers.
Drive design decisions and ensure design goals are achieved.
4. User Experience (UX) Strategy:
Deep understanding of UX design principles, with ability to improve product experience through research, user testing, and data analysis.
Ability to define user workflows, solve user pain points through design, and successfully handle complex UX issues.
5. Problem-Solving and Innovative Thinking:
Capability to solve complex problems, make high-quality design decisions quickly under resource constraints or tight deadlines.
Ability to propose innovative design solutions and demonstrate creative thinking when facing unprecedented design challenges.
6. Language Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading or managing design teams.
Familiarity with design systems and design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
