Job Description:
- ORACLE highly preferred
- Create and manage vendor KPIs
- Data analysis to help with spend and process improvements. Be able to offer recommendations.
- Contract negotiations and contract management (renewals, alerts, etc.), help with hotel/travel contracts
- IT buyer experience. Experience with IT ordering, computers working with IT. HUGE PLUS. Contract software and hardware.
- P-card admin to manage in system.
- Analyze and recommend process improvements for the Purchasing department.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices as needed.
- Train internal teammates to issue their purchase requisitions correctly.
- Be a source of information for the Purchasing department to all teammates
