Responsibilities:
Manage residential collections and issue disconnect orders as required.
Facilitate payment extensions, pledges, payment arrangements, and deferred payment plans.
Process one-time approved waivers and assist in fraud-related investigations.
Maintain and organize customer files, forms, and correspondence.
Research and resolve billing and usage disputes.
Mail customer documents via postal service.
Support billing and transaction tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Strong math and analytical skills necessary to address and resolve billing issues.
