VP, Operations - Equipment Rental & Distribution Services
We are seeking a VP, Operations for a sector leading, multi-location equipment rental & distribution services business that operates across the State of California.
Our client is a longstanding leader within their market looking to continue their momentum and expansion into new territories under private equity sponsorship. They are seeking a process-driven operational leader to work alongside the executive team to continue to drive sustainable growth for the company through professionalizing the company-wide operations and logistical procedures across their various locations. You will have full responsibility for fleet, inventory, purchasing, quality and warehousing. This individual will have a proven track record in managing a multi-location distribution services business who successfully led process improvement initiatives with data driven KPI's and metrics, with a best-in-class customer experience and satisfaction focus.
This role will be key in the next phase of this company's development. This business plans to continue its aggressive growth path and will offer a rewarding career opportunity in the private equity sponsored context. This role will require some travel throughout the State of California while being in proximity to one of the company's main hubs.
