WHY THIS JOB: PROJECT MANAGER
Leading real estate development and design firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its team. The organization has been in business for over 15 years and has become the go-to resource for projects ranging from $15M - $60M in size. The Project Manager will integrate into current projects and eventually lead an upcoming project valued at over $50 million, overseeing it from start to completion and reporting directly to the firm principles. What You'll Actually Do:
Collaborate with the principal, superintendent, and project manager to develop a budget and schedule
Oversee the construction process from start to finish
Create a budget based on presented plans, integrating value engineering opportunities where feasible
Serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, including owners' representatives, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, lighting experts, and engineers
Oversee the project schedule to maintain its alignment with timelines, promptly communicating any identified schedule concerns to owners and Principals
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in Architecture, Design, or similar field is ideal
5-10 Years of experience
Very detail oriented
High-quality residential construction experience ($15M - $20M+)
Experience with Project Procore, Bluebeam, & Excel
Excellent written & verbal communication
Where and How Much:
Hybrid - Big Sky, MT or Bozeman, MT & Onsite visits
