**Job Responsibilities:**

**Marketing & Social Media:**

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

- Develop content for social media, email newsletters, and website blogs to engage and grow our audience.

- Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) by scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.

- Help implement SEO strategies, ensuring product descriptions and online content are optimized for search engines.

- Contribute to the development of email marketing campaigns, including automated flows using Klaviyo.

- Assist with influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

**E-Commerce & Operations:**

- **Product Listings:** Photograph and upload items to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, etc.) with attention to detail in description and presentation.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer care, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling returns/exchanges.

- **Shipping & Packaging:** Prepare, package, and ship items, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- **Day-to-Day Operations:** Assist with inventory management, consignor relationships, and daily business tasks.

**Qualifications:**

- Background in marketing, communications, or a related field (degree or relevant experience preferred).

- Experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.

- Understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices (Shopify, eBay, etc.).

- Knowledge or interest in the luxury fashion industry is a major plus.

- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
