Adecco is currently seeking a Program Manager in Richmond, VA (Hybrid). This job is a fit for you if you have previously delivered data-focused projects.
Title: Program Manager
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 2 to 3 Days onsite)
Pay Range: $70-$80/hour; rate may be negotiable based upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Summary
You will work as a Program Manager, focusing on developing and managing portfolio management processes for our client's data standardization initiative. You will define tools and frameworks, partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, manage program documentation, and work with agile teams to deliver on program requirements.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
5+ years' experience as a Program Manager delivering data-focused projects.
Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies.
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Solid history of working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Analyst) to take projects from inception to launch.
Experience with Google Workplace products (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive)
Preferred:
Proven track record of delivering projects across heavily matrixed organizations.
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Tableau.
