Job Description:
12 month contract ongoing to hire
onsite 5 days in West Palm Beach FL
Must Haves:
- 8-10 years of experience benefits, retirements, financial investing, and retirement systems
- Proficient in MS office and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree
Plusses:- Any benefits certifications
They will be handling the below:
- Benefits, retirements, open enrollment coming in oct thru dec
- Financial investing, retirement systems, 401k plans, 457 plans
- Administering paperwork, reporting, etc
- Someone who has a general interest in retirement plans from an HR perspective
- Brought on new automated retirement system (need someone to help with the implement of the new system)
- 15 people on the team
