Union Post Acute offers a home-like environment for all residents in rural Union, SC. We pride ourselves on delivering patient-centered care across the spectrum of care. We are looking for compassionate and talented individuals to join our work family.

We're seeking to add a few new Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to our dynamic team and are eager to meet you!

We offer our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• $25-30.75 p/hour


• Schedule: Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a)

Successful LPN candidates will have the following:

• VALID License to practice in the state of South Carolina


• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university


• Current CPR certification


• Experience with PCC is preferred.


• Compassion and desire to provide high-quality care to our residents.


• Authorized to work in USA

The LPN provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.
