Position Overview:
The Account Manager will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting or brand manager role who can handle multiple projects simultaneously, keep details in check, and adapt to evolving client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Manage multiple accounts and projects, overseeing the execution of campaigns from concept to completion.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations.
4. Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure that client deliverables are on brand, on budget, and on time.
5. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns.
6. Assist in the development of client briefs, proposals, and presentations to support business growth.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to clients and contribute to account growth.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any client concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide informed insights to clients and the agency team.
10. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with flexibility and autonomy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting or as a brand manager.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
6. A proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
8. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite).
