What will I be doing?



We are seeking an innovative, product-minded, and motivated Head of Talent Development to help transform and activate our talent enablement strategy to future-proof Circana. Using thought leadership and through collaboration with senior executives, HR partners, and business leaders you will lead the strategic design, development and delivery of global talent management and leadership development products, programs, and initiatives across our global footprint that align with our organizational culture and business goals. This role reports to the VP, Head of Global Talent Enablement.



Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management and leadership development strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth plans.

  • Provide thought leadership on talent management, leadership development trends, and innovative practices to develop talent and partner with stakeholders to assess organizational needs and drive initiatives that foster a high-performance, continuous learning culture.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of talent processes such as performance management, talent review, succession planning, and career & growth navigation, ensuring alignment and support of our culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.

  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs that build critical capabilities across all levels, including high-potential, executive coaching and development programs that aim to enhance the effectiveness of current and future leaders.

  • Design, measure, monitor, and report the impact of talent management and leadership development programs on individual and organizational performance.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of talent development professionals by fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages trust, innovation, continuous learning, product mindset, and high performance.


Requirements



  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (e.g. talent management, leadership development, organizational development, HR business partnering, or combination) with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration).

  • Strong track record in successfully developing and executing innovative talent management and leadership development strategies in a complex, global organization.

  • Strong understanding of talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development strategies and methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience with DEI initiatives and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, data insights reporting, and the use of HR analytics to drive decision-making.

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, US


The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000.


This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
