Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and spearhead the transformational next generation Contact Center Solution. You will be working with cross functional teams to develop innovative, mission-critical, massively scalable solutions with best-in-class cloud technology and platforms that offer differentiated user experience to all our customers.
In this role, you will:
Execute on complex technology Cloud initiatives including those that are companywide, with broad impact to external and internal customers.
Active contributor in developing cloud native microservices, and modern event driven, data lake and analytics solution, along with automating the provisioning of Azure/GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as a Code.
Adopt and champion standards and companywide best practices for engineering and large-scale technology solutions in all aspects such as design, development, automated testing, documentation of the Engineering and Non-functional requirement aspects of the Cloud platform.
Collaborate and consult with senior engineering managers, leads and architects to resolve technical issues and achieve goals.
Work in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust Cloud centric solutions.
Work closely with Product Team and Vendors to develop and deploy Cloud services to meet customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Contact Center industry experience with design, development, testing, integration with vendors, CRMs and business applications. Proven knowledge in one or more of the contact center sub domains such as: IVR/IVA, NLU/NLP, Routing, Recording and Analytics including Transcription, Outbound, Work force Management or Optimization, Historical Reporting & Analytics, Real Time Omni channel Agent experience and customer journey, CX/AX experience optimization using AI/ML (Artificial intelligence /machine learning)
4+ years of experience with JAVA, Spring Boot, Kafka, Distributed Caches (GemFire, Redis), Elastic Search technologies, GraphQL, and NoSQL Databases (Cassandra or Mongo), Graph Databases, Public Cloud Marketplace services
2+ years of real time low latency, front-end Web applications React, Redux, RXJS, Typescript, progressive Web Apps with responsive design with Rest APIs, real time eventing gRPC or Web Sockets using Micro front end architecture.
2+ years of Deep Domain Driven Design experience with cloud native Microservices designed and developed for massive scale and seamless resiliency, deployed on PCF/VMWare Tanzu, K8s or Serverless cloud technologies.
2+ years working with GCP (Google Cloud platform) or alternate public/hybrid cloud and a proven track record delivering products with cloud services and cloud architectures at scale.
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of firsthand experience with TrueCD, DevOps with Cucumber, Jenkins
3+ years of Scripting and infrastructure automation, including Python/Go, Shell, Gherkin, PowerShell etc.
3+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks for Unit testing for Java/Python and UI Micro services, Service Virtualization and Contract Testing, API Testing with Blazemeter/JMeter, WebRTC signaling and audio testing including audio quality, performance stress and load tests, and chaos resiliency automated testing for full stack, lower environment data conditioning and testing.
Full stack application development is a plus.
Experience working in Agile environment and product backlog refinement against ongoing engineering work, Agile at scale, participating in discovery and process improvements to accelerate software development.
Experience with various aspects of Non-functional Requirements (NFRs) for mission critical solutions at scale and high availability.
Proven experience of integration with enterprise CRM and ecosystems through design by contract
Professional cloud certification on Azure/GCP or other cloud provider.
Understanding of Network Security Experience, OAUTH and Enterprise Architecture.
