Responsibilities 

• As a Metal Extrusion Press Operator, you will be lead operator to the press foreman and run a press machine supported by 3-8 other employees


• Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications.


• Correctly interpret work orders and verify documentation


• Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions 


• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.


• Perform visual inspection to verify no defects or damage


• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager 

Qualifications (Experience with the following is required)

• Machine Operator 


• Metal Extrusion


• Machine shop


• Manufacturing 

The base hourly pay range for this position is $22.80 - $25.20. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
