What you will be doing:

• The CLM Draw Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the monitoring and risk management of commercial and residential construction loans and draw requests. 




• The primary function of this role is to support the CLM Draw Managers in reviewing post-closing construction draw requests, as well as facilitating pre-close document collection and third-party cost/documentation reviews.  




• The CLM Draw Analyst will be responsible for collecting and reviewing pre-close due diligence documentation and post-close construction draw request documentation. 




• This includes ordering and reviewing professional reports such as title endorsements, inspection reports, and certificates of insurance, as well as various administrative tasks as needed. 




• The CLM Draw Manager will also be expected to enter draw requests into the departments’ draw processing software for final review by the CLM Draw Managers. 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.




• Advanced computer skills. Must be highly proficient with MS Excel.




• Ability to thrive in a high-volume role, handling many varied tasks for multiple projects and colleagues in a given day.




• Must be self-motivated to meet deadlines.




• Experience with a financial institution, Title Company, real estate developer, and/or with a general contractor is a plus. 




• Experience in commercial construction loan underwriting/funding/disbursement experience is a plus.




• Experience with construction funding software program(s) a plus.




• Understanding of basic construction processes and risks is a plus.




• Ability to communicate with, collaborate with, and support several different stakeholders, including Colleagues, borrowers/clients, lending and credit teams, contractors, inspectors, title companies, etc.
