SUMMARY



The Program Manager implements, manages and controls all program directives related to the entire lifecycle of the contract to include coordinating the efforts of stakeholders to include subcontractors and key internal/external teams. Responsible for successful project implementation. Ensures the timely accomplishment of all specified requirements and works with senior management to establish program priorities. Operates the program according to established policies/procedures and within stipulated budgetary confinements.


Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property as needed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly preferred.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.


Operations background, budget execution/formulation, grants, and contracts highly preferred.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Develops, manages, and oversees detailed project plans, including deadlines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with the strategic goals of the operations team.


Provides expert consulting on strategic planning, project management methodologies, and the creation of high-level briefing materials.


Maintains and updates a comprehensive list of priority projects outlined by the Office of the Chief Operations Officer.


Meets with Division Directors, Deputies, and Branch Chiefs to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies to streamline efficiencies across ongoing and upcoming projects.


Collaborates closely with stakeholders to align project deliverables with organizational priorities and ensure seamless execution.


Regularly updates strategic documents, project plans, and progress reports.


Utilizes expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (including Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Forms), Salesforce, SharePoint, and PowerBI to support project planning, execution, and reporting.


Ensures all projects meet organizational standards, and regulatory requirements, and are compliant with relevant federal and state laws.


Proactively seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and techniques.


Stay updated on best practices in project management and related technologies. Provide training and support to team members to ensure effective project execution.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in a related field of study and a minimum of five (5) years relevant project management experience in federal government contracting, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

The pay range for this role is $130,000-135,000. This salary range is representative of the various ranges found within the professional sector across the United States, with the final offer amount dependent on location, skillset, and experience.
