The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurate and direct entry of customer purchase orders, provides superior customer service, as defined by the site Customer Service lead, to all customers, and provides knowledgeable support for assigned product(s).
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
