ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

· Guaranteed salary for the first 6 - 12 months with an option to move to a productivity-based model once established

· Pay range starts at $125,000 for new and recent graduates and up to $200,000 for well-established providers

· 4 Day work weeks available

· Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales

· As a OnePeak Medical Provider, you will utilize business metrics to learn how to manage your panel and maximize your earning potential

· Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson, PhD for all new providers

· We honor support! New providers start out with 40-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments

· In house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults

NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

· Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or in-process

· DEA license

· National Certification

· Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care
