Description:
The Judge Group has a new opportunity for a Wafer Microfabrication Technician. The Microfabrication Technicians are integral to our operations, engaging in a variety of wafer fabrication, packaging, and assembly tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, photolithography, electroplating, chemical analysis, metal deposition, and various etching and deposition techniques. Technicians will follow comprehensive procedures under the guidance of experienced technical staff.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of fabrication equipment with a high level of skill, under minimal supervision.


• Execute production recipes for the creation of hardware deliverables, involving the use of complex manual and automated equipment, with appropriate training and oversight.


• Document processes and results in accordance with departmental policies, both manually and using digital tools such as MS Office Suite.


• Engage in targeted training programs as directed by supervisors to advance technical skills.


• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• A combination of technical education (minimum two years) and relevant experience (minimum two years), or four years of relevant experience.


• Prior experience with delicate electronic components is preferred.


• Openness to working flexible shifts as needed.


• Candidates must be eligible to secure and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
