Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Commercial Banking Lending Product Management team, specifically focusing on Lending Enablement and loan originations. In this role, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management.


• Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term Digital Product Management challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.


• Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Manage key existing underwriting applications and support workflow solutions throughout the full lending lifecycle.


• Partner with business, product, and technical teams to mobilize the roadmap.


• Act as the primary Technology point of contact for leaders and their broader working teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
