Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of new construction projects from inception to final handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of ground-up construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.


  • Contract Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.


  • Budget Control: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.


  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.


  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.


  • Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.


  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.


  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.


  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience 7 + years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

  • Certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
