Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn about and contribute to the development of our WDM products


• Other tasks may include: System Testing, Automated Test Development, Software Development, Hardware Design or FPGA Verification


• Independently learn about technologies that go into Adtran's products


• Present accomplishments and internship take-aways


• Working independently on the assigned design activities with minimal supervision


• Work efficiently within an Agile development team

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science


• Python scripting (desired)

Success Criteria

• Works diligently to meet the Agile team's objectives within each sprint


• Demonstrates initiative through self-learning and continuous improvement

• Office location and remote home position (flexible schedule as agreed with manager)

Work Schedule

• Weekdays


• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


• Office hours: Monday - Friday (flexible hybrid schedule as agreed with manager)
