Looking for a 4-day work week? - Look no further! We are looking for individuals to work Monday - Thursday, 6a - 4p. or Monday - Thursday, 3:30p - 1:30a. (occasional overtime)

We are hiring for the following operator positions:

• Extrusion Operator
• Print Operator
• Plastic Converting

Our Products are used Globally and are very important to our customers everyday reliance on High Quality Performance and Repeatability.

The Production Operators are responsible for working safely on the production floor, maintaining throughput, quality, waste reduction and minimizing downtime. They must be able to assist in all associated changeovers during the Printing process.

• Demonstrates & meets qualification on counting, quality inspecting, and documentation of final print orders.
• Demonstrates teamwork in all phases of operation.
• Sets up and starts all machines, checking all controls for adherence to operating procedures.
• Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Adjusts equipment parameters when necessary.
• Operates machinery and handles materials according to standard operating procedures.
• Examines materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
• Refers issues/problems to lead/supervisor for disposition.
• Performs all required machine and work area cleaning.
• Responsible for data accuracy.
• Documents work completed as required including manufacturing logs, data reports, procedures, etc.
• Participates in training, retraining and continual improvement processes and methods.
• Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
• Supports the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the company.
• Follows all rules, laws and procedures related to HS&E, ISO, and other regulations.
