Job Description



Eurofins in searching for a Project Management Assistant in Atlanta, GA.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited the following:

• Serve as point of contact for Eurofins-Atlanta existing clients and maintain existing relationships through client meetings and calls.


• Manage multiple phone and email requests from clients on a daily basis.


• Handle client requests and needs related to reports, bottle orders, turn around times, etc.


• Maintain Client Project History and information in TALS.


• Act as a liaison between the client and the laboratory personnel.


• Review and approve data reports, ensuring client specific reportingand quality control requirements are met.


• Learn and be able to effectively communicate to clients the services offered by Eurofins along with the certifications and accreditations that Eurofins holds.


• Understand and be able to communicate Eurofins's QA Program.


• Utilize any corporate documents to consult with clients about client questions or concerns.


• Assist other Project Managers as needed


• Must be able to work rotating one weekend day shift (every 6th week)

Qualifications




Basic Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in aphysical or life science (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field).


• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Ideal Candidates will:

• Have previous project management or environmental lab experience


• Be a team player who can efficiently and independently completeassigned job duties


• Have excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Be comfortable and professional when speaking to clients

Additional Information



Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English


Position in full-time, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.



Pay rate: $40,000-45,000/year



Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
