The Opportunity

What You'll Contribute
Design and implement a modern, cloud-based, IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) platform.
Partner within CyberSecurity, as well as with other teams and leaders, to shape the Identity strategy for the company.
Implement and support Identity based platforms, systems, and programs.
Review, and make recommendations for improvement, in Identity services.
What We're Seeking
A modern security influencer with hands on or strong working knowledge in identity areas such as IGA technologies and their operation (integrations, workflows, audits, etc.).
In-depth experience working with IGA platforms like SailPoint (IdentityNow), Saviynt or similar.
Strong experience with Identity-related services and technologies like Okta, Active Directory, AWS IAM, RHIM, etc.
Security analysis skills in reviewing and recommending identity "Segregation of Duties" and "Least Privilege" concepts.
Experience with Identity federation methods such as SAML, SSO, and SCIM.
Experience in "PAM" (privileged access management) tools and services (CyberArk, Delinea, etc.) highly desired
Experience bringing automation to HRIS processes and solutions.
Experience guiding high-level strategies and recommendations based on observed behaviors or patterns.
Familiar with ldap, radius, Kerberos, MFA.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $105,000 to $165,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
