Job Description:

What will you do?


  • Manages the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment

  • Manages the Total Preventative Maintenace (TPM) to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines

  • Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being

  • Manages & optimises maintenance costs including spare parts inventory

  • Organizes the intervention of the team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line.

  • Ensures the business continuity plan in term of equipment and tools.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Have a bachelor's degree

  • 3 plus years maintenance supervisor

  • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

  • Have an understanding of maintenance/ tool and die principles

  • Proficiency in professional and engineering PC applications
