This experienced title agency role comes with high levels of responsibility and includes the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. In this role, there is a variety of responsibilities from training and developing staff; developing title agency policies and procedures; reviewing sales contracts and lender title orders; performing title searches and examinations; preparing, reviewing and analyzing title commitments, policies, transfer deeds and related documents; problem solving with various departments to resolve issues; completing settlement statements; coordinate closing of escrow accounts; coordinate closings; to serving as a member of various cross functional workgroups. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $91,000, however, salary is commensurate with experience. We offer a flexible work environment with options for flexible hours and hybrid work after the initial training period. While the preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO, we are open to considering other locations within Missouri for the right candidate. A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field, and at least five years of land title industry or title agency management experience, and a Missouri Title Agent License (or ability to obtain a Missouri license within 3 months of hire) is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential function of the job.
