Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and fearless Client Development Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to secure needs analysis meetings with prospective clients in the Rockford, Illinois area and would be based out of our Beloit, WI office. This position involves cold calling through various methods such as email, telephone calls, LinkedIn messaging, face-to-face visits, and more. Additionally, the individual will sell ads into our mass distribution print products, although the primary focus will be on lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect new clients and secure needs analysis meetings.
Conduct cold calling via emailing, telephone calls, LinkedIn messaging, and face-to-face visits.
Utilize various methods to reach potential clients and generate leads.
Sell ads into our mass distribution print products.
Maintain a positive attitude and show resilience in the face of rejection.

Qualifications:
Fearless attitude and comfort with rejection.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications Preferred:
Knowledge of digital advertising.
Experience in B2B sales.
General skills required:
Fluent in professional communications (email, phone, face-to-face meetings).
Ability to use virtual meeting software like Zoom, Google Meet, Google Calendar, etc.
Skilled in Microsoft products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
