Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a BI Analyst. This role offers flexibility, fun atmosphere, competitive salary + bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. This is newly created due to growth and is a high exposure position.

Responsibilities include:

• BI Analyst will assess data to gain insights into strategies and trends


• Analyze data to increase profitability


• Prepare pricing analysis findings and present to executives


• As a BI Analyst, you will keep updated on best practices and policies


• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree


• 5+ years of experience


• Must be strong with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc., Domo experience a plus


• Need someone that is data minded, able to pull their own data and manipulate it, create views in SQL, etc., that can provide insights into their data and help curate and refine the data, etc.


• Must be strong with systems and can use the data to make recommendations to the leadership team to help grow the business and profits


• Someone that can create a data story, provide recommendations to management related to gap analysis, labor rate analysis, pricing analysis, etc.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
